REFUND POLICY

Easteze offering 110% refund policy with a maximum of 250INR per order and 7- Days return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be issued for the 110% value of the order, but will not include shipping costs to or from the customer. International orders will not be refunded if the buyer refuses to pay VAT.

Damages and issues

• After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
• Package refused by recipient.

• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
